After serving his country in the United States Army, Thomas Allen began working in the funeral home industry nearly 3 decades ago. There were very few options available for affordable cremation in Maryland, which was the catalyst for Tom to found Simplicity Cremation & Funeral Services in 2010 to fill this gap. Simplicity is proud to offer affordable cremations that enable families to honor their loved ones. We are truly honored to serve Maryland families.

Unlike other Maryland funeral homes that provide several other services, our primary focus is cremation, which are performed at our on-site crematory. We explain the cremation process to each and every family so they are comfortable with the process.
