Tagert, Mary Elizabeth Birth: Thursday, November 12, 1953 in St Mary’s, Maryland Residence: Annapolis, Maryland Death: Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at the age of 65 Mary Elizabeth “Bonnie” Tagert, 65, died on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, in Annapolis, MD. Born on November 12, 1953, in St Mary’s, MD She was the daughter of the late Betty Jean Rose and the late Joseph Edward Bean. Mary is survived by her son Adam Jeffery Tagert and his wife Paige Abigail; her daughter Julianna Marie Shadduck & her husband Bryan Tate; 3 grandchildren Cassandra Elizabeth Tagert, Grace Katherine Shadduck, Penelope Claire Tagert; and her dog and best friend, Chloe Tagert. She is preceded in death by her granddaughter Jocelyn Alexis Tagert. Mary lived her life near the Chesapeake Bay, which she called home. She spent most of her years in St. Mary’s City living close to her extended Bean and Knupp family, before moving to Annapolis. One might say Mary was a workaholic as she spent much of her life progressing in her career. Not only did she put herself through college while raising two young children, but continued to educate herself in information technology throughout her life. In Mary’s spare time, she loved to read. In fact, she always had a book in hand wherever she went. In addition, she enjoyed knitting, sewing, cross-stitching and crocheting. More importantly, she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and her faithful companion, Chloe. Mary was with her children when she passed at the early age of 65. She succumbed to pancreatic cancer after a short battle. Her pain is over and she is at peace with the lord and her family. Please remember to be happy, and love and cherish those that love you.
