Judith Lee Sain

Judith Lee Sain, 64, better known as Judy, passed away on January 22, 2024. She moved on peacefully in her sleep. She was born on May 5th, 1959 in West Chester, Pennsylvania as the oldest child of six to her father Maurice L. Banner III and her mother Dorothy Oas Banner. She later settled in Pasadena, Maryland after marrying in 1980. Soon there after she adopted and raised her children with her husband. She attended Northeast High School where she met her husband, graduating in 1977 after moving from Pennsylvania during her sophomore year. After high school she attended Anne Arundel Community College and Salisbury University for some time while working at Capital Savings Bank where she maintained her job for several years. To this day she is remembered fondly by those who interacted with her at her jobs as a bank teller, receptionist, and a travel agent. She has been considered by those she worked with over the years as a joy to be around and someone who never failed to pay attention to detail. You can tell by her job titles that she was never one to hesitate providing assistance to those asking for help. Her recent place of work was at Peartree House Assisted Living. She was located there for over a decade after having focused her energy on being a stay at home mother for several years. Judy has shown throughout her work, and as a mother, her compassion and care for others. She is remembered for her efforts as a caregiver throughout the duration of her life through her career, as the oldest sibling of six, a daughter, a wife, and a loving mother. Her compassion, dedication, and selflessness are attributes those who love her will remember her kindly by. Not to mention, her ageless beauty, gentle eyes, and warm smile will be a lasting image in the minds of those who were lucky enough to experience her in this life. She is survived by her husband of 43 and a half years, Norris “Butch” A. Sain, and her two children, Ricky L. Sain and Dacia E. Sain, of Pasadena, as well as her father Maurice L. Banner III, and her siblings, Linda J. Foss, Maurice L. Banner IV, Beth A. Sturdevant, W. Kenneth Banner, and Gregory A. Banner.
